Not sure yet on whether this pregnancy will affect production on Grey's, however the series has rarely missed a beat throughout the pregnancy of their other series stars, including Ellen Pompeo, Sarah Came, Chandra Wilson, Chyler Leigh as well as Capshaw throughout her previous pregnancy.
